Mr Alfred Sit joined the Government as Assistant Electrical and Mechanical Engineer in 1984 and was promoted to Chief Electrical and Mechanical Engineer in 2001, to Government Electrical and Mechanical Engineer in 2007, to Deputy Director of Electrical and Mechanical Services in 2011. He was Director of Electrical and Mechanical Services and Electrical and Mechanical Services Trading Fund General Manager since October 2017. On 22 April 2020, Mr Sit was appointed Secretary for Innovation and Technology.

Mr Sit is an electrical engineer by profession and has over 30 years' experience in public administration. He is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers. He was the President of the Hong Kong Institution of Facility Management and Chairman of the Biomedical Division of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers.

Mr Sit holds the Associateship in Electrical Engineering from the Hong Kong Polytechnic and he is recognized by the Hong Kong Polytechnic University as its Outstanding Alumni. Mr Sit also holds a Master Degree in Business Administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and has studied at the Remin University of China for its PhD degree with focus on international relationship. Mr Sit has also studied at the Newcastle University of Australia for its Doctor degree of Business Administration degree and is a graduate of the Havard Business School of its General Management Programme.

Mr Caspar Tsui has a strong history of working in both the private and public sector. Since his first appointment as a political appointed official in 2008, Mr Tsui has served in various positions in his public service career including the Undersecretary for Labour and Welfare and the Secretary for Home Affairs until 2022. Mr. Raymond Cheng possesses over 35 years of experience in finance and IT industry. He worked in various IT functions in HSBC Hong Kong and North America, covering different banking systems, networking, frontend and Internet technologies. In addition to his IT leadership and CIO roles, Raymond led several major business and organisation transformation programme across the Bank. Prior to his retirement, Mr. Cheng was the Chief Operating Officer for HSBC Asia Pacific, responsible for IT services, operations, procurement, real estate and internal consulting functions.

Currently Raymond is holding Non-executive Director positions and providing advisory to a few FinTech startups and a technology venture fund. Professor Hung is a co-founder of Shenzhen Zebra Star Acceleration Platform and a founding partner of Open City Community International. A seasoned ICT professional and angel investor, Prof. Hung has worked in the industry for 38 years.  He is the President Emeritus of Internet Professional Association, Life Honorary Chairman of the YElites Association, Vice President of Hong Kong-ASEAN Economic Cooperation Foundation and Vice Chairman of Hong Kong Industry University Research Collaboration Association. Prof. Hung is an adjunct Professor of the City University of Hong Kong and Hainan University and a member of Knowledge Transfer Committee of The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. 周女士專攻活動管理及市場傳播領域，擁有超過 25 年在戰略營銷傳播方面豐富的組織與諮詢實戰經驗。在其作為營銷、公共關係及活動管理專業人士的職業生涯中，她積累了深厚的活動管理知識，並掌握了各類宣傳活動所需的市場傳播技能。她曾負責策劃並監督多項國際活動，經驗涵蓋公共及私營兩大領域。

在加入經濟通有限公司之前，她曾擔任香港經濟日報有限公司項目總監、勵展博覽集團（香港）有限公司項目總監以及 Zenith Events 項目總監。

William is a specialist in the field of information technology, focusing on the adoption and governance of emerging technologies. Prior to his retirement, William was a member of the Risk Assurance leadership team at PwC China and Hong Kong driving digital transformation and disruption of the assurance business.

William’s professional career spanned nearly 40 years, during which he led a large number of prolific projects, including the establishment of Hong Kong’s Public Key Infrastructure; development of the General Purpose Taxonomy of Chinese Accounting Standards to enable digital financial reporting; participation in blockchain technology adoption; as well as initiative relating to the adoption and risk management of virtual assets.  Beyond emerging technologies, William is also a pioneer in new assurance services for emerging domains relating to carbon emission trading and anti-trust.

William is currently involved in addressing the ethical impact of emerging technologies, including A.I. and blockchain.  William is promoting the adoption of digital identity infrastructure for both corporates and individuals through the adoption of Legal Entity Identifier (LEI), Self-Sovereign Identities (SSI) and Decentralized Identifiers (DID). William is also working on raising awareness of the Quantum Threat, and advising on transitional approach to Post-Quantum Cryptography.

季先生是信息技術領域的專家，專注於新興技術的應用和管理。退休前季先生是普華永道 (PwC) 中國和香港 Risk Assurance 部門的領導團隊成員，負責推動審計業務的數字化轉型和顛覆。

在將近四十年的專業生涯中，季先生領導了多項重要的項目，包括建立香港的公鑰基礎建設、製訂中國會計準則通用分類標準以支持數字化財務報告裡路、參與區塊鏈技術的行業應用，以及與虛擬資産的應用和風險管理相關的倡議。 除了新興科技之外，季先生也是鑒証服務創新的先驅，涉及碳排放交易和反壟斷等新興領域。

季先生目前正在探索新興科技特別是人工智能 和區塊鏈技術對行業道德規範的影響。季先生亦參與推動全球法人機構識別編碼 (LEI)、自主身份 (SSI) 和分佈式標識符 (DID)的應用，爲企業和個人建立可驗証數字身份基礎架構。同時，季先生也緻力於提高量子威脅的意識，並就後量子密碼學的過渡方法提供建議。
